Brittany Cartwright appeared to be hinting at her divorce from Jax Taylor before officially pulling the plug on their marriage Tuesday.
Two days before the filing, Cartwright uploaded bombshell photos of herself in a green cut-out revenge dress.
“Out with the old, in with the new. ?,” she captioned the snaps Sunday.
The TV personality paired the bodycon midi dress with nude sandals while posing in a backyard.
The next day, the “Valley” star, 35, shared a cryptic quote about love and relationships on her Instagram Story.
“Today I read something that said ‘someone who overthinks is also someone who overloves’ and I felt that,” the post read.
Last week, Cartwright also jokingly renamed Taylor’s bar, Jax’s Studio City, after herself amid his mental health treatment.
Photos shared by the couple’s “Valley” co-star Nia Sanchez saw Cartwright holding a T-shirt that read “Britt’s Studio City,” while another saw her posing in front of an LED bar sign with her name.
“Britt’s Bar ?? just for fun! Hah. Such a fun night setting up a little bar makeover for our girl @brittany at @jaxstudiocity,” Sanchez captioned the carousel. “We always say #BrittsBar … so why not make it a reality?! Hehe.”
On Tuesday, Page Six confirmed that Cartwright filed for divorce from Taylor, 45, after five years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences.
She listed their separation date as Jan. 24, a month before she announced their split.
The Bravolebrity is also seeking legal and physical custody of their 3-year-old son, Cruz, with Taylor receiving visitation rights.
During the Season 1 finale of the exes’ reality show, Cartwright said Taylor’s issues with alcohol led to their breakup, claiming he would stay out all night and come home “mean as a f-king snake.”
Last month, Taylor checked himself into a treatment center after admitting to struggling with his mental health and anger issues.
“Jax has always been candid about his mental health struggles, especially during the past few months on his podcast. He has made the decision to seek inpatient treatment,” his rep previously told Page Six. “This is a particularly sensitive time for him and his family.”
