Christina Hall to pay estranged husband Josh $100K as they temporarily settle property issues amid divorce

Christina Hall and her estranged husband, Josh Hall, are one step closer to finalizing their divorce.

The former couple temporarily resolved a few issues surrounding their shared properties, according to legal documents obtained by Page Six on Saturday.

While Christina, 41, will take possession of their properties in Newport Beach, California, and in Nashville while their divorce drags on, Josh, 43, will be able to use their house in Franklin, Tennessee — whenever he wants — as long as he doesn’t rent it out to anyone.

The documents also show that Josh will return the remains of the $35K he transferred to himself in July. Christina previously claimed he moved that money to his own account after they separated. A source previously told TMZ, however, that Josh needed the money to pay bills for their rental properties.

The legal documents further show the “Christina on the Coast” star agreed to pay Josh a $100K advance, which he can use for expenses such as bills and attorney fees.

While Josh’s team did not immediately reply to Page Six’s request for comment, they told Us Weekly, “Josh Hall has no comment about this matter. He hopes to resolve these matters in private, not through the press.”

Christina’s rep, however, chose not to comment.

The real estate agent and Christina both filed for divorce in July after three years of marriage. She filed to dissolve their marriage first, citing their date of separation as July 7, while his court docs list the split date as July 8.

After the divorce news made headlines, Christina was spotted heading to a spa solo before deleting all their joint photos on Instagram. She also ditched her wedding band and covered her ring tattoo with a bandage.

She later took to social media to call their split “personal” and label Josh an “insecure man.” He retaliated with his own statement, saying, “I will not publicly badmouth anyone as people have families, friends and others who respect and love them. Unfortunately, the internet is forever.”

“We are real humans, this is our life and I am not here to entertain people I don’t know with my private matters. Those details will be handled fairly behind closed doors with our respective counsels in due time,” he continued at the time.

Christina confirmed her engagement to Josh in September 2021 before they secretly tied the knot a month later. They also said “I do” again in Maui a year later.

Prior to tying the knot with Josh, Christina was married to Ant Anstead, with whom she shares son Hudson, 4, and Tarek El Moussa, with whom she shares daughter Taylor, 13, and son Brayden, 9.
