The couple that does skincare together, stays together.
While it’s no secret that plenty of leading ladies swear by Charlotte Tilbury’s cult-favorite Magic Cream ($65), the makeup artist says it’s just as big a hit with famous men.
“George Clooney loves it just as much as Amal Clooney [does],” she tells Page Six Style exclusively.
And with colder temperatures on the way, she’s keeping all her clients stocked with the moisturizing must-have, which she says can be used “as a makeup primer as well as an incredible moisturizer.”
“It’s got this cushion and ‘lift mesh’ technology, so it immediately plumps … the skin and smoothes it,” she adds.
Perhaps the formula holds a special place in the actor’s heart, as Amal used it on their wedding day in 2019 (applied by Tilbury herself, of course.)
But the “Gravity” star’s not the only famous guy slathering on the stuff; Tilbury tells us her favorite holiday memories include attending an Elton John concert with Kate Moss, a special moment that inspired her 2023 campaign with the music icon.
“All of us [were] kind of backstage, sitting around the piano and singing together,” she says. “We were putting Magic Cream on him.”
The moisturizer’s a red carpet must-have; this year alone, Lana Del Rey, Demi Moore, Tyla, Phoebe Dynevor, Rita Ora and Emily Blunt have all worn it for major events.
Page Six’s own editors are smitten, too; “I’m probably the last person to discover Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream, but good lord, this stuff is great,” says Style Editor Elana Fishman.
“I have very dry skin that get especially parched in the winter, and Magic Cream is, well, magical when it comes to restoring moisture and imparting a glow.”
The Post’s VP of Influencer Marketing & Franchise Growth, Kristin McNamara, calls it “the best moisturizer for day and night,” adding, “I put it on every morning under my makeup and every night before bed. It’s the perfect consistency and keeps my skin hydrated until the next morning.”
Charlotte Tilbury’s just-dropped holiday collection also includes a special set featuring the cream: the Iconic Magic Mini Skin Set ($44), which also includes the brand’s Magic Serum Crystal Elixir for extra hydration.
And with colder weather on the way, it’s safe to say the snowball effect of Magic Cream’s Hollywood domination will only continue.
