Justin Timberlake had vape pen, Rolex and $306 cash at time of his DWI arrest, police report shows

Justin Timberlake’s pockets were full when he was arrested on DWI charges in the Hamptons earlier this summer.

After refusing to take a breathalyzer, Timberlake was placed in handcuffs, put into the backseat of a squad car and taken to the Sag Harbor Village Police Department — where the young responding officer, Michael Arkinson, took inventory of his property.

The “Mirrors” singer was reportedly in possession of a vape pen, a pricey Rolex, a gold ring and a wallet that contained $306 in cash during his arrest, per the Daily Mail.

The “Sexy Back” singer, 43, was pulled over on June 18 for running a stop sign and swerving into the opposite lane following a night out at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, NY.

The musician failed a series of field sobriety tests after exhibiting numerous signs of intoxication — such as poor balance and inability to follow instructions, according to the police report.

Although Timberlake was booked into jail, police reportedly let Timberlake’s friend drive the singer’s BMW home.

The Grammy winner, who is currently on a world tour, was reportedly following a woman and her husband back to their place when he was pulled over.

Although sources told TMZ the couple tried — and failed — to get Timberlake out of the situation, cops ultimately allowed the woman to drive his rental car back to her home, where he was staying.

However, the woman was allegedly drinking alongside the “Friends with Benefits” actor all night — a point Timberlake’s legal team reportedly plans to bring up in court.

Timberlake’s lawyer, Edward Burke Jr., reportedly claims that the cops’ inability to realize the woman had been drinking proves they couldn’t have properly evaluated the singer.

Burke has vehemently denied that his superstar client was drunk, previously telling Page Six that “police made a number of very significant errors in this case.”

“The most important fact to know about this case is that Justin was not intoxicated and should not have been arrested for DWI,” he told us.

Timberlake officially pleaded not guilty in court last week.

Despite his plea, the judge presiding over the case still suspended the singer’s license in New York state and slammed Burke for his “irresponsible” comments.

Justice Carl Irace reportedly told the New York-based lawyer that his remarks came off “as an attempt to poison the case before it even begins.”

Irace also threatened Burke with a gag order, which would prohibit him from speaking to the press, and encouraged him to “raise the bar, not lower it,” per NBC News.
